A clean, slightly muted mid-blue named for Hoeth, the elven god of wisdom. Hoeth Blue is the layer coat that brings a dark blue basecoat up into the light without tipping it toward turquoise — elven robes and heraldry, Ultramarines and Space Wolves armour edges, arcane cloth and banners, and cool-toned gemstones and glows.
