Warbikers are Orks who discovered that the fastest way to reach the fighting is to bolt an oversized engine to two wheels and hold on. They tear across the battlefield in a cloud of exhaust and dakkagun fire, arriving well ahead of the rest of the mob and entirely unbothered by what happens next.
The core of any Kult of Speed or Speed Freeks force, and a fast-moving threat in any Ork army that needs to close distance in a hurry.
