One Piece Card Game: STARTER DECK -Red Monkey.D.Luffy- [ST-31]
A ready-to-play mono-red aggro deck, and the least expensive way into the One Piece Card Game.
ST-31 rebuilds the game's signature Red Straw Hat archetype for the OP-16 era. Leader Monkey.D.Luffy lets you attach rested DON!! cards to your Characters, turning DON!! you have already spent into extra power where it matters — the engine that makes mono-red the most aggressive colour in the format. The 51-card deck arrives ready to play out of the box, built around the powerful effects of the Straw Hat Crew, so a new player can sit down and play a real game immediately while an established player gets a clean source of Red staples.
This is one of six starter decks released together on July 31, 2026 — ST-31 through ST-36 — each covering a different colour and leader. Every deck in the wave includes a sealed booster pack from [OP-16] The Time of Battle.
