One Piece Card Game: STARTER DECK -Red/Black Sabo- [ST-35]
The only two-colour deck in the wave — a red/black midrange build that deploys Characters all at once.
ST-35 is the outlier of the six, pairing red's aggression with black's cost reduction and removal behind Leader Sabo. The deck wins by combining effects that put several Characters onto the field in a single turn, then converting that board into pressure the opponent has to answer immediately. Because it is bicolour, it is also the most instructive deck in the wave for a player learning how One Piece handles multi-colour deckbuilding. The 51-card list arrives ready to play out of the box.
This is one of six starter decks released together on July 31, 2026 — ST-31 through ST-36 — each covering a different colour and leader. Every deck in the wave includes a sealed booster pack from [OP-16] The Time of Battle.
