One Piece Card Game: STARTER DECK -BLUE Kuzan- [ST-33]
A ready-to-play mono-blue control deck that wins by dominating the opponent's field.
ST-33 gives Kuzan a deck built on blue's control identity — answering threats, bouncing and disrupting what the opponent commits, and taking over the board through Character effects rather than raw aggression. It is the most patient of the six decks in this wave and the natural pick for a player who would rather dismantle a game plan than race it. The 51-card list arrives ready to play out of the box with no deckbuilding required.
This is one of six starter decks released together on July 31, 2026 — ST-31 through ST-36 — each covering a different colour and leader. Every deck in the wave includes a sealed booster pack from [OP-16] The Time of Battle.
